Piano Man- Seven Stories wrapped in One Big Musical

PianoManPoster.jpgJenny is a dramatist suffering from a severe bout of writer's block. In desperation she visits the local piano bar hoping that the atmosphere and its folks will give her some plot ideas. Looking for inspiration and creativity, Jenny discovers that the bar holds much more... What stories are told within the pub? And who will help unlock Jenny's confidence and seal her future? 

The show hit the stages to packed audiences February 2-4, 2012 featuring the favorites of the '80's. The music from this production included the following:

Piano Man, 9 to 5, A You're Adorable, Material Girl, Ghostbusters, Smooth Criminal, We're Not Gonna Take It, Do Re Mi, Heartbreaker, Hip to Be square, Holding Out for a Hero, Mickey, 867-5309 (Jenny), Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Simply Irresistable, Fame & Footloose.

There are too many cast and crew to mention everyone but main actors/resses included Jenna Bragg (Jenny), Joel Burke (Bill and Musical Director), Chris Langdon (Old Man/James), Kate Newell (Molly). The band consisted of Bruce Bishop (drums), Terry Burke (bass), Dave Stoodley (guitar), Joel Burke (piano), Brad Saunders (guitar). Chorus group singers: Allison Miller, Andrea Best, Erin Beresford, Deidre Barker, Dave Newell.
